Is there a fee for submitting a nomination? - Yes, there is a one-time fee of £350.00. Once paid, you have unlimited entries to any awards.
Who can participate? - All organisations are welcome to apply for an award. Submissions are accepted from organisations operating worldwide, regardless of their global or local scope.

How do I submit my entry? - Once registered, you will receive a link to our official submission form. This is the sole method for entry.
When are the deadlines for submitting nominations? - Entries close at midnight on 17th June 2024.
When and how will the shortlist be announced? - The shortlist will be announced in September We will contact you individually.
Will we find out whether we are unsuccessful in the application? - Rest assured, you will be informed of your success either way. We will contact you directly via email and you will find out in September when the shortlist will be revealed.
When and how will the winners be announced? - Once the judges have completed their shortlisting process, those entered will receive an email notification. The winners will not be announced until the Ceremony on the 22nd of October.
When is the award ceremony? The award ceremony will be held during day 1 of the FinTech LIVE London event, on the 22nd of October 2024. This event will be held on 22-23 October 2024. You will get complimentary tickets to the two-day event as a thank-you for being an awards applicant. We will send you the VIP page in an email during your awards process.
How do I watch virtually? - When you register for your virtual ticket, you will be taken straight to Brella, the event's networking and live streaming platform. Brella is all you need to watch the event live and network in the lead up. On the day of the event, log into Brella and click the ‘Watch’ tab on the left-hand nav to view the live streams.
How do I set up my networking availability? - For your availability to be visible to other attendees, you must first set up your networking availability. Go to the 'Agenda' tab in the left navigation bar and select 'Settings'. Your availability will show in your settings, of which you can 'Configure'. Click 'Configure' and select the times you are available for networking. You can open yourself to the whole day, or select specific 20 minute windows.
How can I network with other attendees? - Explore the attendee list by navigating to the 'People' tab on the left hand side of your Brella screen. In this view, you have three options in the sub nav above, named 'Your matches', 'Bookmarks' and 'All attendees'.
Your matches:
When you registered, you would have been prompted to select your interests and intents for the event. By doing this, Brella will use its built-in AI matchmaking tool to suggested attendees with similar interests. These are found in the 'People' tan under 'Your matches'. If you missed this step at registration, don't worry - click your profile image in the top right corner of your screen, select 'Edit Profile' and 'Edit Interests'.
All attendees:
It is what it says on the tin! Explore all attendees in this view. You can filter your view by selecting 'Filters' in the top nav and choosing the interests, goals and countries that suit your search.
Bookmarks:
When exploring the attendee list, you can bookmark people that most interest you so that you can find them easier, later. Click the bookmark icon located to the right of the '+ Connect' button to bookmark someone. They will automatically go into the 'Bookmarks' tab.
Connect with attendees:
You can connect with attendees by clicking onto the '+Connect' button under their profile. From here, you can suggest a meeting or send an instant chat message. When you select 'Suggest meeting', you will be taken to their calendar where you can select a time slot.
How do I suggest and respond to meeting requests? - To send a meeting request, click on the '+ Connect' button on the attendee you would like to meet online. Select 'Suggest meeting' and you will be taken to their calendar where you can select a time that suits you more.
To view your own meeting requests, select the message icon in the top navigation bar. If you have a meeting request that you haven't seen before, a notification will appear to the left of this button called '+ New meeting request'. Both of these buttons will take you to your live chats and meeting requests.

How can I ask the speaker questions? - When the event is live, head to the 'Watch' tab. Use the live chat function in a Slido pop-up to submit your question directly to the stage host. You will find the live chat to the right of the Stream, allowing you to watch and submit questions simultaneously.
How do I view the Agenda in Brella? - In Brella, select 'Agenda' in the left-hand navigation bar.
How do you move your Agenda into a Personal Calendar, such as Google - To synchronise your Schedule, you first need to bookmark the sessions you are interested in. Hover over the session in the Agenda tab and click on the bookmark icon. Once happy, sync up your calendar. Go to the 'Settings' tab in the top right corner of the Agenda screen and select 'Open Instructions' under 'Calendar sync'.
Follow the instructions from there to sync up your calendar depending on your browser.
How do I view the sessions post-event? - All sessions will be uploaded to the FinTech Magazine websites in the video section. The stream will also be available on-demand on Brella. Head back to the 'Watch' tab and replay from there.
How do I log back in once registered? - Login to Brella and it'll appear.
Does the venue include wifi? - Yes, this information will be signed at the venue.

What do I do when I get there? - Follow the event signage until you get to the reception. Get your event email with the QR code ready as it will be scanned at the desk. You will be signed in and given an attendee badge to wear throughout the event. To reduce paper waste we would prefer you to bring back your day 1 badge for day 2.
Can I reserve a space for a session? - No so we recommend arriving early to avoid disappointment.
Can I reserve a space in a workshop? - No, these come on a first come first basis, as these are very popular we do recommend arriving early to avoid disappointment.
Is food and drink available? - During the event, free tea, coffee & water will be provided - Lunch will be available to purchase from vendors at the event. (Networking drinks will be provided at the end of the day). Vegan & Vegetarian options are available, if you have any specific dietary requirements then let the on-site team know.
Who do I go to if I need any help or assistance throughout the day? - You will find a staff member at the FinTech LIVE exhibitor stand.
Can I recycle my badge? - You can drop your badge off at the collection box next to reception.
How can I view sessions post-event? - You will have access to all sessions on-demand 3 weeks after the event or you can view all sessions via the FinTech websites in the video section. You will be notified by email as soon as these become available.
